750 million cars using non- renewable fossil fuel, I'm going to go with it's running out and yes the tax is high but tax money has to come from somewhere might as well be petrol.

it shouldnt matter how many non-fault accidents, if the 3rd party has admitted liability in all cases why should the number matter .. not really my fault other people are incapable of running into other people - again al monies recovered why should this effect my policy - with a reason which makes sense ....

I say this as I had someone reverse into my car 4yrs ago - again non fault, all admitted and recovered.  5yrs ago someone just nudges the wife's car and same thing - all covered by 3rd party.  This in no way can make either the wife or myself now more likely to have an accident in the next 12months ...

You get the whiplash scam people that deliberately brake to cause accidents. So I think one or two should make no difference although 10 non-fault accidents in one year probably should.
