welllllll its been a while since iv updated this..
the car is now sat on ap coilies and mapped to 208bhp





and today the mrs suprised me with these...


the wheels are being sent away soon for a little something doing  :signLOL:

any comments welcome  :happy2:

Very nice car Southy!

Just wondered if you could give me a quick bit of info about the engine. I will be changing my current car (1.6 FSI) to this in a few months time. How do you find the engine? Before and after the remap?

brilliant before the map mate, little 1.4 pulls nicely and very good mpg, after the map well what can I say... i love it  :driver:
and still get a decent mpg too. dubwaydan has also got the same car/map and I think hes of the same opinion.

those wheels are totally different to the pictures you showed me !!!

i must say they will look sexual fitted on the car  :happy2:

keep them silver, waddy just got some silver 18" ch reps and they suit it to a tee  :smiley:

sent the wheels off for shotblasting today, then they need a bit of a refurb to some minor curbing. Should beable to just rub them down to sort them out. but... i was going to get them fully polished, im now putting that on the back-burner 'til next year, probably get them done in winter. so question is... what colour?? iv considered a bright shiney silver, anthracite or black??
help!  :scared:
