Switched Live

Yes I know I grab one from fuse box, however do I use a inline fuse or just not bother and rely on one in headunit as I presume I cant get a fuse into the box and the crimp too looking at this

Also Does this switched live go into the red or yellow on head unit or both?

goes into the red, yellow is permanant live from battery.
