GAME closing 200 stores across UK

I presume they'll be some bargains to be had. Has anyone been in?

I went a couple of weeks ago when they were threatening to close and the only games on sale were pre-owned ones that had dropped down to £3-4 from £15-20. The new games were still full price!

When i heard about them being in trouble i made sure i used all my Game reward points up. Shelf were starting to look a little bare. Big problem is they weren't going to stock Mass Effect 3 because of a tiff with EA. The fact that ME3 is highly anticipated game and is going to be huge, bit of shooting yourself in the foot.

Been ordering my games from a place in Jersey for the last 4 years, used my points up to buy an extra controller  :happy2:

Not surprised really could always get games cheaper online so they couldnt have been doing much trade. Shame for the peeps losing their jobs thou...  :confused:
