morning all,
reach for the sunnies this morning, open the glovebox and.. bonk.
its drops rather than lowers..
this a common thing people have seen? easy fix? going to remove it using guide below and see if something has snapped or just unclipped.....

No. Sounds like the spring mechanism has gone. Why don't you use the sunglasses holder in the overhead console?
