This years plans are...

The 100mile South Sowns Randonee (Offroad Bike) for the second time. A British Heart Foundation organised event

Paras 10, The parachute regiment cross country run with a 35lb bergen on your back to be completed within 1h:50m.
Used to be part of the paras entrance examination. Not sure nowadays.

Interested to hear what other stupidly painful experiences people are doing.

Good luck with the marathon. I can't run for sh*t.

No...... :sick: Didnt get in this year,ran last years but tore my hamstring at 16 miles...

Managed a time of 3:57...... :ashamed:

Got to do it again so i can come away with my expected finish time...

I must say tho it's a fantastic day.

I did a 10 mile race in December in 59.08 so in the best shape ever , looking to smash 3 hours...
But whatever happens its the best day out ever and great to raise some cash for charity  :happy2:

Had to defere my place , stress fracture  :sad1:
Really unhappy....
Hope everyone else's training is going well...??
