Looks tidy. The ED30 will be quicker than the 32 though, mine was faster than my mates...

Don't feed the Pony  :signLOL: :signLOL:

I have to say.. its only ed30 owners who share this theory  :signLOL: who knows.... i may change my mind at some point, must be something to do with turbo fumes  :stupid:

Looks ace in the metal mate nice to see you again :happy2:

Darren

You also pal... looks like I will be seeing you again so though

 :signLOL:

Its just what i found, i had loads of 60-140 roll ons with my mate when he had his R32 DSG and mine was quicker everytime, not by much but 2 car lengths or so. Saying that whos bothered when you've got a V6 which sounds as good as that?

Anyway, back to your mega ED30, a stage 1 map will change it completely.  :notworthy:

After 1 weeks and 4 days ownership I have come to the conclusoin the car defo needs a remap!!  :sad1:

So I will be considering the following options...

Revo - had a few issues on the mk6 gti although not sure if these can be put down to the revo map

R-Tech - heard very good things about them. Anyone on here with experience?

Superchips - Would only be going for a map so I imagine superchips are ok for this??

Any thoughts and comments welcome!

R-tech would get my 1st vote, for the great service that's been reported.Just for their offers of logging and dyno runs to insure everyone and everything is totally fine afterwards.
Superchips are also very good especially for willing to assist in after sales queries which I cannot faulty them for.Proberly a good map if your not planning on beefing up your clutch ,Or going fully onwards wanting more power later .which leads me rather nicely to Revo... :innocent:

Theres nothing ever wrong with Revo's mapping, you should know their Generic answer to that lol.The most aggressive of all the maps. But is the one of the best tuners for wanting big numbers if your wanting to go stage 2 and onwards.

APR seem to be having a few teathing issues from what's been posted, but are acting quickly to resolve them from what I hear.

how deep are your pockets buddy :signLOL:

I know mate, and I blame certain people in this place for that :signLOL:

Though saying that , people have blamed me for buying their 5 door Ed30's after being out for a trip in mine

have you ever been out in a remapped Ed30 yet??

no, cant say I have. the mk6 was putting out around 265bhp and that was pretty quick (esp in my play with a ed30 which must have been mapped  :scared:).

Although, the temptation is there to keep the car std as there are not many about that are (took me a while to find this one). However the car just leaves me feeling a little underwhelmed... it (like the gti) needs a remap to make it into a hot hatch. :fighting:
