Dave even supplies the sausage rolls , he's a top bloke  :notworthy:

In the next week or so I hope to get my bonnet/front end corrected , as there is some minor swirls that need sorting. Will update as and when  :happy2:

So yesterday saw me return to the garage where dreams come true. Not for more sausage rolls , but to paint my rusty hubs and dust covers and to fill some stone chips plus remove what we think are cat scratches on the bonet.
The bonet though will have to wait as we need some wool pads because the foam pads wouldn't remove them , so thats a job for another day.

So it was off with the wheels and on with the Hammerite....

The sh*te under my arche's was terrible. Must have been carrying 1/2 tonne of crap around under there  :surprised:

















Finished. Not great pics as my batteries ran out and my phone cam isn't great but you get the idea...









No more rusty hubs and tired looking dust covers.
Next job is the bonet and to paint the brake calipers.....

I love it. Looking very nice.

I'm ashamed my cars filthy but there are things that need doing on my car before i treat it to a detail.
3 Door GTI Black, Cruise Control, DSG, Factory Tints, Folding Mirrors, Heated Seats, Highline Display, Leather, Monza II's, MFSW, Parking Sensors, Puddle Lights,  Xenons,

To be fitted....Bluetooth,DVB-T, MDI, RNS510, Stage one (opinions much appreciated)
