I parked next to a nice MK6 GTI this morning in a car park here in Glasgow - it only looks shinier 'cause it was under more lights than mine honest!

Sorry but I prefer your Mk5.

The Mk6 is really just a tarted up Mk5.5.

On the 1M review on top gear when the section starts with the Gti (They have them lined up Mk1 - MK6) they didnt have a Mk5.  If any Gti they shouldve missed out the Mk4, surely?  Kind of related  :happy2:

I much prefer the side profile of the MK6, the side skirts in particular. Both lovely though.

Why don't all car parks have that much space between bays?

Shadow blue DSG 5 door with leather, sunroof, 18" Monzas, MFSW.
Full list of mods:  Seat inserts and a VW bottle opener.  Each worth 20bhp.

Yeah that would be ideal :happy2:

This car park has that space that the MK6 is in with no car at either side on four floors and that's where I usually park but today all four of those spaces were taken so I took the next best one which at least meant no car parking on one side of my car.

I'll take the MK6.............................sell it, then buy the MK5 and fuel it for a few years (might be months at current prices  :rolleye:)!
