Dpf gutting or delete pipes and a3 exhaust advice
« on: May 29, 2016, 11:42:09 pm »
Evening all...

I've just bought a 2012 black edition tdi a3, it's a cr140 engine with dpf fitted. Has anyone on here had any experience with these? I'm looking to get it mapped as I'm used to faster cars but need the cheaper running costs for now.

Is there any more benefit from the aftermarlerket delete pipes over gutting the dpf out of the original downpipe?

Also it's a 140 model so only has a single exit back box and I'd like to covert it to the twin pipe exit (just for looks) anyone no if it's a straight forward job?

Just thought I'd ask on here as I don't fancy registering on a Audi forum.

Cheers
