hey guys
my unite is Part No SW: 1T0 035 680 B HW: 1T0 035 680 B
after i update the firmware to the 3810 my device become HW= H02
 SW = 3810
 Part 1T0035680D
 i can't access my HDD, when i selecte HDD capacity its shows is empty
please advise how i can recovery the activity to my HDD
