Edition 30 Stage 1 Remap Questions

I'm getting close to booking my Edition 30 in for Stage 1 mapping (most probably Revo) but I have a few questions.

I'm thinking about fitting an ITG intake and Milltek cat back (non-res) in the future, is it worth fitting these prior to the stage 1 map or will it not make any difference?

I was thinking of taking the car to Revo HQ at Daventry, but is it better to take the car to a tuner with a rolling road? The car is always run on Texaco 97 RON (Tesco & Shell 99 isn't readily available in my area)

Rolling road is best, but Revo can check with VCDS first, which knowing there knowledge should suffice. I personally would get the Intake fitted at the same time or before, as they can adjust your map accordingly.  the cat back should not effect any of the settings so can be fitted whenever.
