Aux belt tensioner?

I had a similar noise on my wife's old HDi and it was the alternator pulley.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Cambelt tensioner or roller possibly?, mine is making similar noise, like having a  budgie under the bonnet, booked in for cambelt change in 10 days

Slip off the aux belt and turn each accessory that it runs by hand, that will help narrow down the fault.

The bit n the video that is moving around is the tensioner, this has a nut in the centre. Move the tensioner with a spanner to slacken the belt and remove the belt (draw a diagram of its orientation before removal) and then start the engibe again, if the noise has gone it will be one of the components that was being powered by the belt.
