Nice one Steve, a guy I know in Stratford is driving in this series, he owns the local Subaru dealership so you can guess what he is driving. :happy2:

Peanut and I got to spend some time with the owner of this car during our trip to the Nurburgring recently so will be watching this one with interest, here's some pics from a shake down at Bedford this weekend. It's his first full year in the Club 4WD Class  :smiley:

The only issue being your car will actually seem lightly modified lol.

wasn't it the time attack series a few of us went to at Oulton a a couple of years back???? was a good day, bit cold, but some really quick cars :smiley:

I dont think quick justifies some of the cars.  Some are absolutely mental!!


Is the Club Fwd getting any bigger.  When i last went, it was an alfas which werent especially quick, a couple minis and a astra VXR that was eons faster than all the others in the class.

Just checked.  The astra vxr was driven by a guy called bo nielson, he has a build thread somewhere.  Quite an interesting read.

Good news though steve, last year there was a controlled tyre, Pirelli P Zero iirc, which would have been a nightmare with your power id imagine, but this year they are leaving it open with only a few caveats

So i think its any tyre within the MSA 1B category for dry, but must be 1B for wet
