Help with some p/n and prices

Just wondering if anyone with ETKA could help me with a few numbers and prices for the following:

Cam Follower: 06D 109 309 C (about £20)
Phone Cover kit: 1K0 971 813D 9B9 (£7.80)

Jacking kit:
8P0 802 845 Front Left Jack Pad - 1 of required
8P0 802 846 Front Right Jack Pad - 1 of required
8N0 804 583 Rubber Buffers - 4 of required
8P0 802 847 Plastic Jack Pad Plugs - 2 of required.

Theres a couple of other bits I need but don't know the part numbers:
Wiper Stalk but leter/mk6 style will need the midline controls on it: think its 1K0 953 519 H but not sure.
Drivers door grab handle (the bit that the window and mirror switches are on):
Lower Boot Trim:

Nathan, It would be worth checking when you place an order if there are any later revisions to the p/n you have

I would do but I can only get down there on a Saturday and parts don't seem that helpful on a Saturday for some reason
