My new GTI! :)
« on: April 08, 2012, 02:46:05 pm »
Hi guys just purchased a GTI and I have not regretted it one bit. Was in two minds between a type r and GTI and after test driving my friends there was only one way to go.

GTI 05 plate
55,000 miles

It was tuned by Statller
Evoms Intake
Turbo boost 3inch exhaust
Autotech Fuel Pump
GIAC extreme software (Ko3)+stage 3 gearbox software

Tarox Brake Discs and pads
19 inch matte black pro race rims
Michellin pilot sport tyres

Also any ideas on how quick this thing is? I bought it like this from a trader he reckons around 280bhp-290bhp

Iphone pics so apologies for the bad quality! :p

What are the traox discs like, with the extra power the r32 front calipers might be worth a shout. but DaveB is the the best person to ask :happy2:

Nice car that. 280bhp is about the max for a KO3 but the only way to find out would be to take to a dyno.

I dont as i was not the one who tuned it.. Was the previous owner :p if i hadn't bought it modded. I remember looking for my gti for around 3 months and came across. This one had all the extras sat nav fact fitted xenons sat nav heated leather seats etc but once i drove it i was like sh*t this thing is quick! rest is history :)
