to be honest i have the carbon grey living a few doors away from my house and it does look nice and it does suit the diesel

I imagine it masks the soot it chucks out

Wont that be extra as it's metallic? White will probably be the rep mobile.

Candy White suits the Mk5 much much better, but Carbon Grey suits the Mk6 (GTD).

Having seen wigit's Carbon Grey it's many many different colours according to the light and it's very smart indeed.

Grey has been ordered, as it was my wife's choice ultimately. I like both the grey and white, and white certainly hasn't had its day, I don't think we'll ever see the back of white now, as it's been back since 2005. I've had a white 335d and a white s3 and loved them both.

Car is due to be with me sometime in June

My local VW dealer has got two GTD's in white I saw this morning - They look better than I thought they would but I still prefer the Carbon Grey.

The MK6 looks very distinguished in carbon grey, I don't think there's any doubting that.

Would be my choice even if I hadn't owned a Steel Grey MK5 GTI

I would have went for White , as I think high spec cars look great in White , but I must admit that pic of the Grey Mk6 looked damn nice !

Id say the Carbon Grey, but then again the candy white does look nice especially with a r32 rear end
