RNS510 & HTC Handset
« on: April 11, 2012, 10:57:18 pm »
Guys,

Uploaded some music to my HTC Wildfire recently that I don't have on SD card, USB flash stick or the RNS HDD.

This made me think; is there anyway I could play the songs directly from the HTC to the RNS510 using the standard headphone jack?

Would something like this help me, or will it be useless without any power(?) - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-in-1-USB-3-5MM-Aux-Audio-Dock-Charger-Data-Cable-iPad-iPod-iPhone-EA216-/170818306064?pt=UK_Computing_CablesConnectors_RL&hash=item27c5908010

I'm guessing it'll be a no-go. Thought I'd ask to ensure I haven't missed a noddy option  :happy2:

Thanks.
Pete
