Never been a Ducati fan and can't really stand the sound of V-Twins but that's the only one I'd ever consider owning. Love it side on. But I still don't think you can beat the sound of a triple

Either that or Audi's are suddenly going to be able to rev to 18k and pull wheelies

Ducati sound very unique and can't be mixed with any iother manufacturer. having said that street triple R sounds amazing and is as torque as v twin and as smooth as linear four, just perfect!

My old 748SPS, genuine SPS with Titanium Conrods, 52mm Termi's, Mag wheels..........Amazing bike.  Came with 2 sets of exhausts from the factory, with mapping chips to suit both quiet and loud ...

if Audi were gonna buy a bike company I'd have expected them to buy KTM

Fair play Audi buying a boutique/performance brand.

My mate Ben works for Ducati Manchester and on weekends he Spanners for Robbie Brown (Ducati 848 challenge Rider), was down at snetterton a few weeks back watching them practice and going back to watch the races in late May, should be good!.

Another of my mates Sam loves his Dukes, I think he has 4 or 5 currently, I know he has an 'R, 1098 Tricolore and a Monster, cant remember the others, he is just mad on em and goes to all the meets in Italy and goes to watch his new bikes being made  :signLOL:

I am a big Ducati fan myself and i have been collecting a few of them since i am a huge motorcyclc lover and they really give me that confidence and fun every time i drive around in my ducati's. have heard of this news though i am not sure if i am happy about it just yet. have to see what changes are in store for Ducati now that audi has acquired it. hopefully its for the betterment of both.
