How to: Fit NQS BBK (with pics)

I painted the first 10mm of the disc and the bell.

1. The Boxster S pads are 3mm thicker and won't work with the nqsbbk setup.

2. The RS3 vents are on the bruce's car an on other cars also (you might want to talk to Dr. Silviu from hothatches.eu or vwforum.ro)

I referred to the pads as Boxster non-S pads or did you checked the textar part number and it's for S models?
The air vent is not what I expected but maybe it's not a looker and it does a good job

Later Edit: After taking a close look the discs that have those 10mm of untouched area and the processed discs that Dave delivers it is obvious that the extra material was just removed (like RICHN83 suggested).

@the bruce: I've googled for rs3 air vents and I did not find any useful results. Do you have a link to get inspired from? With some pictures, instructions or at least some parts codes to get quoted from the dealer.

vent: 8P0 863 149 A and 150A: 15,77€/each
dust shield: 8J0 615 311 E and 312E 23,15€/each (for 370 mm rotor)
bolt: N104 222 03: 0.71€/each
nut: N 907 611 02: 0.26€/each
tube TT-RS: 8J0 864 133 A: 2,14€/each
tube RS3: 8P0 864 133: 2,80€/each (fits S3/passat arms)
