Eibach pro springs

Can eibach pro springs be fitted to the standard suspension and if so what are the benefits?
will these springs lower the suspension?

i heard aftermarket springs will proper kill your shocks..

Yes you can safely use those springs with your stock shocks though the life of your shocks may be reduced.
On a GTi those springs will drop your suspension by around 20-25mm.

As for benefits, the car should corner better and you'll get reduced nose dive when braking hard. The ride should be a little harder than stock.
Without traction power is nothing!

I have them fitted on my car at the moment =)


Eibach make good springs - i had them on my other golf.


Will be buying Coilovers later on  :smiley:

have have used them for over 2 years and had no problems with them the ride is slightly harder but im in 235/35/19 anyway so it will be worse then std
