Took a punt on them from eBay. Whole housings, excellent quality. Had them on my MK5 GTI too.

Couple o' others after a wash the day.

Not a bad shine considering it was only a wash and dry. Werkstatt must still be doing it's job after the last coat.
Also got booked into Rood for more wrapping action next week.

Looks spot on pal, just one thing though now the wheels are looking spotless it really shows up how bad a state the brakes are in, needing a lick of paint! :happy2:

I believe they would!! Would only be for aesthetics tho. The standard brakes cope fine with 140 horses. Ha ha!!

Got round to sealing my wheels with a couple of coats of Poorboy's.

Buffed off:

Also got my B-Pillars and rear diffuser wrapped gloss black yesterday. Nice and subtle but different enough if you know what your looking at. I'll get some pics later.

MY11+ cars have gloss black pillars - suits some colours better than others. Would look good on Akoya, esp with all your little black accessories and details

Mind pointing me in the direction of your eBay special mirror caps?

And a couple of the exhaust surround - hard to capture but you get the idea
