So I saw water had set on my coil pack and have heard stories that it rusts up quite bad. So I quickly cut my engine cover its a ruff cut out but It will do until I do the engine mod properly

I thought my modding would have been on pause while working away in Bavaria. But I got bored and one thing led to another. I decided to take my front grills out so I can wrap my lip matt black and also fix my grills and respary them as they need refreshing.

This is the crack in it :/

So yesterday I got my car back as I have just got the cupra r exhuast back box fitted to my car.

And been busy today as I want my car to be black everything is getting wrapped matt black more a less. My car isn't clean but here what I go up to:

Gutted all the bits off the front of my car

First I have screw marks on the front so I filled them in

Theres no turning back now haha.
So I grabbed a big sheet of matt black and started patching it up

Nice and smooth :)

Also got the s badge off, Its a pain for such a small thing

I kinda liked this look without a badge in there at all just the outline

But decided to go matt black with the s badge
So all together

After filling the holes I started on my engine cover

Havent took and pictures of it filled but its just a smooth cover now

Still got a lot to do but hoping I will get chance being in Bavaria only working a few hours a day with awesome weather.

Let me know what you guys think

So today gave the car a good clean and polish for first time in a while. Also did some touch up work happy with the finish :

Decided to do a bit on DIY on my grills as to be painted professionally was gonna be 150euros not worth it.

like the bits you've wrapped it's hard to work out what to do and what to wrap in i like the matt black .i went for carbon look but may make a chance to matt or satin black in future
