I suppose the same reason why we take photos at all. I think the time lapse star trail is awesome... But maybe I'm coming from technical perspective.

I like some of the star trails I have seen but not all. I think at the end of the day if we all liked the same stuff it would be a very boring world.
I can appreciate what he's done with the 24hr photo just not my cup 'o tea. :wink:
