Amputation is definitely needed there my friend. You can come to my clinic but first you will have to send me some money via bank transfer to pay for preparation costs for the surgery. Can I have your bank account number and sort code please.  :happy2:

The first pic makes it look like your nail had come off.

Not so bad in the second one :wink:

As above clean it up and get a plaster on it :happy2:

 :ashamed: now i feel silly - it is bloody painful and flappy which is what worried me - honest  :innocent: - so just wash it and sticky plaster then :smiley:

Doesn't look too bad, just keep it clean.  Keep it covered if you're doing anything that is likely to get it dirty, but if you're not up to much let the air get to it.  From the pic it doesn't look like it needs stitching or glueing IMO.  If you're concerned though go to your  local walk-in centre if you have one.
