Agree on the Apple customer service too, they even gave me a new screen protector last week when I had my 4s replaced!  :happy2:

They didn't do that with me when I had mine replaced a few weeks back, but they did on my 3gs when I cracked the screen, but I think that was because having one on there helped him out with removing the cracked one
