Once i hit my midlife crisis i will be doing this for a year just to tick a box  

Been looking at A8 4.2TDI quattros to have as my main car recently.  Mapped one of these would be immense

I know my local pharmacist has a rs6 and has need a new turbo twice, the last time I spoke to him about a year ago. Recently seen him driving a a4 tdi a few times. I believe its a courtesy car

Get a m3 & supercharge it,not much can touch you then..I've got a e46 m3 supercharged,I only use it on my days off or weekends..it blows most cars away...Call Simpson Motorsport & ask for julien or Anthony,these two know there sh@t when supercharging m3s...

Not an m5 anyway i was so close to buying one before the rs, but running costs are crazy and if that overly complicated box goes, you need a big service, discs pads and tyres say bye bye to a years wages !

Saying that they are epic, and the only car id have out of that list ( and the rs6 ) i just wish they built a manual for it !
Even though companys like vw make great auto boxes nowadays, i still dont think any manufacturers are quite there yet, especially in terms of reliability !

My e46 m3 was dynoed at 495bhp & 390lbft..A e90 m3 will push out around 600bhp depending on what spec charger..would love to post a pic up but I'm not good with computers..if anyone will kindly give me there email ad I can send it to him to post up

Completely agree about Simpsons, my race car lives there and they are great guys, very good at setup and engineering generally. Pretty sure they did an e92 at 640bhp.

A friend has a modded m3, although I couldnt tell you the route he went down he estimates power at around 580bhp. His concern seemed to be the cost of tyres
