M3 is 100% out of the question, doesn't seem as lively as the 63, I like the fact it's really tail happy due to it's stupid power, running costs do differ and from my research the M 3 does cost more, I love the E46 M3 and was going to buy one before eddie but I picked the Eddie due to tuning potential, I'd love the E90 M3 if it was a more of a looker, don't get me wrong it doesn't look cheap but the E46 M3 looks immense and you don't have to squint to see if it's a M car...that may just be me tho, the 63 looks immense! the sound too

Jack, have you driven any of these cars? Surely that's the only way to form a meaningful opinion...

And as much as I love the C63, the M3 has won every group test I've read. Dynamically it is amazing. I drove one back-to-back with a 996 Turbo and thought the M3 was far far better.

So, drive an M3, then report back :happy2:

As much as I love the C63 and it's bonkers attitude and rareness, I have to agree with Andrew.. Drive both before making any decisions..
