milltek fitment advise

going to be fitting a full milltek to my ed30 this week myself..

any tips or advice?

will i need any new bolts or a new bolt to go with the new bush supplied or does milltek supply everything needed? will i need any new gaskets turbo/downpipe gasket etc or do they supply everything?

You might need oxy-acetylene.

You should fit a new gasket & bolts where it meets the turbo. For the cost it makes sense and is good practice.

I have no idea if Milltek provide these with their exhausts.

Get a new turbo to exhaust gasket from the dealer, I would get 4 x new nuts too as they might warp when removing.

Spray the turbo to exhaust bolts with wd40 the night before and again when you go to remove them.

You might need to heat the area around the bolts to get them out.
