YOur problem is you've been curling those cotton buds to long.  Jump on Carls diet and weight program and you to cold have more bone definition

Chris,

It's not the workout mate, It's the diet. Thrush Nams gave me the tip. So I just eat sh*t and stand in the garden as per the pic for 4mins a day.

As the results show it really works  :happy2:

By eating sh*t do you mean McD's, Dominos and Ben n Jerry's etc, cos i'll give it a go.  Need to get ripped for the Oktoberfest  Munich Hash house harriers event at the end September, have maximum impact when  the Lederhosen comes off  :evilgrin: :evilgrin:

They are proper Scrapping Sandals. Made from Rhodesian Ridgeback Dogs as their energy transfers to you through your feet. Only down side is I keep cocking my leg against tree's, lamposts etc  :ashamed:
