Zonda 760 RS video on EVO
« on: April 27, 2012, 01:32:32 am »
Just been looking at the video section of Evo.co.uk. Harry Metcalfe having a little play in the £1.6 Million Zonda RS.

It's a customers car and he's having a drive before it gets shipped to South America.

Thought the best bet was the noise obviously, but the carbon weave exactly matching through the car looked awesome.

Interesting that the next car in this series will be called the 760 LH, after it's new owner, some F1 bloke who's ordered it with a manual box.
Bet he won't let Nicole drive that one...then again if she asked nice.

Sorry haven't put a link on, hopefully someone more aware and awake will oblige...it's worth a look.

Watched this earlier in the week. Loved the story Harry told about one customer buying two on a plane from Geneva.

Quite refreshing to hear that someone who wishes to enjoy his car has spec'd a manual box. Leaving the flappy for work  :congrats:

Its a great video.
The hairs on the back of your neck stand up.
I like the way he says he is not allowed to drive it hard!

O M G !!

That sound is life changing!

That car is living and breathing and I'm in love! I don't care if some of the styling details are a bit strange.

So Robin,

If the numbers come up, would the order be for a Red one or just the standard Grey, aka Bare Carbon Gorgeousness.

By the sounds of it Pagani would probably make a new specially developed 'Red Carbon' for you. They seem to make these cars to specific customer order.

That Carbo-Titanium was developed in house..that's the cutting edge of composites in road car construction, very cool.

Bare Carbon Gorgeousness probably.

You'd have to upgrade your bat cave too, because the zonda wouldn't fit.  :signLOL:

'Carbon Robin', sounds cool.

'Grey Robin' just wouldn't work.
