Subframe bolt an spacer (video)
« on: April 27, 2012, 12:25:44 pm »
Hi guys hope you can help me. I am looking to change my subframe bolts and insert the spacers today but where I usually put up the car on axle stands will it affect the ability to lower the subframe for me to insert the spacer?

If so how do I go about mounting my car on the axle stands? Below is the link to the video of a guy doing this.

Anybody please? I'm sure a few of you have done this mod?

No mate it won't. You should be fine. Try and put everything back in exactly the same place otherwise you will need to get realignment carried out.

aslong as you dont undo the front bolts the subframe wont move so you wont have to realign it, all you are doing is removing a bolt and replacing it so its a walk in the park mate
