That's a good price.
Booked 4 tickets (IMAX 3D) for Avengers for tomorrow at £55.60 and will still need to spend another 0.80p for glasses (should be free for that price). No longer a cheap evening out, once I have bought drinks and food will have burnt a hole in £100! Is it me being a tight arse or does that not seem alot?

The cinema can't afford to be a cheap evening out. DVD's and Blu Rays kick it in the nuts.

What it can do is have awesome sounds and picture quality though.  :happy2:

If I did not live a 88 mile round trip to the nearest decent cinema (one that offers 3D ) I would get one of those passes as I usually go once a week anyway

Same here, we go 1 or 2 times per week when the decent films are on. Sometimes we would pick and choose only the best films to go and see, but now we can just turn up and watch as many as we like. Obviously, that price is per person, but as long as you watch a minimum of 2 films a month it pays for itself.  :happy2:

Well come september I believe the new house has a decent multiplex about 5 miles away, might be investing if they do that offer.
