Had just been for a half arsed workout at Virgin active and heading home for a cuppa

Not getting any younger mate so got to keep battling the bulge!!

How you coping keeping the motor clean with the hose pipe ban? I think I'll need to get the buckets going if the dry weather keeps up!!

Well I'm moving to Norfolk start of June so hopefully will have better neighbours there that understand a man just needs to keep his car looking nice
