APR stage 1

Hi all just a quick one the gti has developed a problem after having APR stage 1 now ime not sure its the map that has caused it.

Driving slow is fine as is flat out the problem is the car seems to pause when changing gear like the engine cuts power or the dsg cant change quick enough? no faults on VCDS?

Any one had this any help we be most welcome.
