I saw a Tornado Red GTI in Cannock with gold Audi split rims and it looked amazing! :drool:

Love the gold, but personally think it looks at its best on a split rim. Anthracite/gunmetal gets my vote! Although I do quite like the black with the silver lip too. :happy2:

Right. well I've now got my wheels and they are not actually proper black editions with the stainless lip. They are just regular CH026 and someone has had them refurbed in satin black and painted a silver lip on them. Not a big deal (although I had come round to the idea of black with stainless) as it gives me more options for refurbs and the stainless rings were hideously expensive to replace!

So i've gone off the idea of the black with silver now and im thinking either light grey or the OEM pescara colour

....I was going to sat exactly the same - The combo really is a classic - It's just a case of having a gold which isn't too shiny bling.

Anthracite gets my vote as jedi doesn't go for gold.
