yep.  The plan is for me to collect it on friday.

i think Andy said he was going to do some work on it this afternoon

Thats good news.  The pistons arrived last friday so hopefully they will have it up and running pretty soon then.

Do you have a stage 1 graph?  Would be good to see the difference between a stage 1 and a 1+.  A KO4 TFSI stage 1+ with stock intake and exhaust is my idea of the perfect setup.  Thats surely got to be about 310Hp

no graphs not been near rollers until tomorrow :(

APR reckon Stage 1 2.0TFSI K04 should make 320. With intake 325-330

The Stage1+ will make no more power peak but will make more power midrange

Finally had the car on APR/Volkswagen Racing's Dyno tonight, its a MAHA Dyno used to calibrate the VW Racing Cup cars

Current Spec:
APR Stage1+ (The + is to take into consideration the HPFP)
APR HPFP
Neuspeed P-Flo

Here's the graph

Now the Wheel Horsepower is very low so i put the question to Keith @ APR why? his response was
Quote
It's a MAHA and we see anywhere from 70-120 on these platform cars depending on wheel/tyre combo, strap tension, tire pressure, etc but the calculated bhp is always the same regardless of the difference in whp and bhp.

We calibrate for vwr cup race teams and they have to certify their power at other dynos and even though the other dyno reads whp higher and losses less, the bhp is always the same as ours.

I would say the explanation for such results at stage 1+ is that turbo cars love the cold weather.

Also to explain the spike at the start of the graph
Quote
It's the load being applied by the dyno during spool. It typically won't happen on the road.

Hopefully on the 22nd i will have my 3" downpipe + 100cel sports car fitted so i can have Stage2+ flashed then

Thats nice power. My stage 1 Cupra only made 295bhp. No other mods.

thats more power than Mikes cupra with his full decat TBE, massive IC, aircon delete and stage 2+ APR map etc

Liking the torque, great plateau. Shame they couldnt do a stage 1 v stage 1+ on the rollers.  Id have liked to have seen the difference.

My question to Keith would be if it's so cold why are the intake temps so high?

APRs

God knows then, think i need to have a race with Mike  :P

I think what we need to look at here is not the overall peak figure, because we did 3 runs, 342,341 and 355, 355 was the first of them 3 runs but an average figure

im certainly no expert but a few things i can think of

1.Still running OEM downpipe and Cat, so is the cat not flowing enough for the Stage1+ map therefore creating the temperatures? (ive got a 100cel sports cat to go on)
2.Car was showing -1 on the dash board when it was strapped on, after the 5 or so runs we did (some where aborted) it was showing 12 degrees
3.Neuspeed is an open intake, it doesn't even have a heat shield (i think i will ask Alex @ AKS to make one)

according to the dynos yours would be about the same if not quicker.  Same power at 3k, same power at 4k, same power at 5k, more power peak but your IATs are showing 22 degrees higher.
