One of the things the MK2 ( and MK3 I think) is missing is gas bonnet struts so I've done this today.

Fitted

Colour coded

The SEAT touch up paint is quite "off" with the colour but hopefully it will get dirty and blend in

Just waiting on a gas strut now

Love this car Andy! Luke has done a real nice job on the paint too! I saw the pics on his FB page the other day.

Nobody knows but Keith spent a few hours on Facebook Chat trying to offer troubleshooting and then APR dealer VRS Northampton sorted it for me.

So Yeh still very happy with APR :)

Basically I switched From 95 to 99 and then it flashed up ESP fault on screen,  then it wouldn't start..  Reset the battery and it would start..  Turn it off and it wouldn't start again.

Really not sure what caused it.

Very, very nice looking car! :congrats:
The exterior look changes are subtle and they really suit the car. The wheels, brakes, splitter, tail lights, even the APR branding on the sides come togheter realy nicely.
About the performance mods I have one question: why did you only buy spings and not a complete coilover suspension?

Because the springs were one of the very first things that I did, my insurance was modified insurance so I had to do it very quickly.

That looks so much better, I don't know why they were never fitted as standard.  :stupid:
Did you make the kit up yourself?
