I already have a Milltek catback exhaust already on my car, would I be right in saying that all I would need would be a R32 rear valance and the Milltek R32 style rear back box to complete the conversion, would this be the right one?

.
The OEM VW R32 rear bumper already has cut-outs to allow for various exhaust pipe exit configurations. It just needs the appropriate exhaust trim (the lower section closest to the exhaust tips) to match your configuration.

Thank's for that mate,I will be going for the Milltek R32 style back box so I assume it will just bolt onto my existing milltek resonated centre section?

I expect so but I don't know for certain. Just as long as the pipe diameters are suitable.
