How can a shell garage NOT SELL VPOWER??

As per the title, went to Shell Stoke-On-Trent Last night (Festival Park), checked every pump and even asked inside.

Turns out, they dont sell VPower Unleaded (only VPower Diesel), Despite the whole forecourt covered in "Vpower is good for your engine" advertising. It wasn't as if they were out of stock, they just didnt sell it anymore.

What a joke!  :grin:

Anyone else had the same problem??

I've seen a few in London that dont have v power (but have the signs for it). When it's happened I've  been in the work van so any old crap goes in that as it ain't mine and they don't want us buying vpower diesel. It tends to be te smaller sites or sites that haven't been refurbed that tend not to have it

This place has always sold it (and at a reasonable price).

Luckily theres a Tesco round the corner that sells the good stuff  :notworthy:

Yeah that's my local Shell - tossers. Website says they have it too. There's another one 4mi away on the A34 that's cheaper anyway and sells  v-power, or the aforementioned Tesco :happy2:

Ah right I didnt know there was another nearby. I'm from Crewe and as of 2 months ago we don't have a shell  :sad1:

Haha well there's one closer. As you're driving down the A500 get off one the junction for the A34 and it's the 4th exit on the round about. My sat nav lists it as a BP for some reason?

Tbh mate I'd just fill up with Momentum from the tesco petrol station you have. I don't really think V-Power is worth the 10mi drive from Crewe!
