Had a great day today with Neil M. Everyone arrived smiling and laughing because it was dry and warm. by the time the brief had finished it was raining, by lunch time it was storm force 9. by mid afternoon the fastest thing on track was a small boat that got blown out of the Irish sea. :driver:
Neil left all the Lotus mob for dead on track, in fact all of the front-wheel drive attendees were quicker. I can confirm that Yoko A048's do not shift enough water in monsoon conditions. Really enjoyed the day though, the conditions were very scary at first but the car was telling me when i got to the limit so it was all good fun, caught a few spins and church, which is a long sweeping bend, was balls in the mouth every time through it.
