Here's mine getting the 4 wheel laser tracking done,not the best picture but i'll try and get you a better one,you have a rough idea about the sort of drop you get!

Use the "search" button. Loads of stuff on lowering springs and pics of peeps cars. Pro kit may only lower your car 2cm+, sportlines about 4cm and also H&R (more expensive) a out the same. Adjustable coilovers?

Thanks will give that a try!  2cm would be perfect, I dont want to loose the comfort, just want a bit more sporty stance

Just get what you want and don't listen to us lot as we will all tell you to get this or that and before you know it your car will be on KW V3's, WALK, VWR racing engine mounts, full Poly' bushes and adjusable ARB's and all you were after was a pic of some lowered ED30's.
