If I'm honest the front is the only thing that lets the R down imho; they should have done something with the grill to make it stand out more, perhaps some more chrome or a bigger R maybe as it looks too much like the standard Golf from a distance. I also thought it should have had 19" Cadiz wheels at standard (like our European chums) though on second thoughts havng seen the thread showing one that appears to have disintegrated I think I'll stick with my 18 inchers....
