Given that you've smoothed out the in-let manifold (and in the process removed a lot of structural bracing and reinforcement) I'd be very careful upping things like boost pressure. Although the in-let looks very nice now, it's also significantly weaker than it was before as by removing material you'll have introduced numerous localised weaknesses.I've seen a couple of plastic in-lets explode before and that was with factory boost levels and OEM parts. Some MKII RS's have been plagued by this problem. So upgrading your turbo and significantly increasing boost, through a 'cosmetically' modified in-let manifold, could be asking for trouble.Just my 2p. Keep up the good work! I'm not into the scene at all, but I admire your hard work, the attention to detail and the sheer quality of your work.
