what's different to the rear bumper, what's been done and why?

The GTi Exhaust cutout has gone (done a while ago though) then about 2-3 inch has been taken out of the number plate recess to suit my shorter number plate. Attention to detail no point running a shrter plate and leaving the recess big lol.

It makes the rear end look well phat now so so so with the outcome, can't wait for it to be painted.

hot hot hot. i love the recess, even better than the usa one. Not as deep, to suit a UK plate. love it luke!

Cheers mate The original plan was to get the USA one but after measuring up the recess it wouldn't work. But now seeing this in the flesh i'm so much happier with this.

Cheers Yeh my mate is really a true artist when it comes to plaggy welding etc told him what i wanted and this guy just makes it happen. It's how most bodyshops should be instead of some of the moaning cutting corners i've seen in the past.

Cheers dude.

I bought the plate about 3 years ago now  and i didn't have a vw then. Plus i have R U 02 LOW if were getting picky lol for my mini So when there together i have RU 02 LOW and UR 02 LOW. Plus i thought people behind the car reading the plate would read it as "your 2 low" hopefully my car being 2 low lol.

But the other plates are pretty cool :happy2:

Cheers for the comments

So very true, Just finding someone who is good at plastic welding is bad enough.

which is best?

which sounds best?
