This build is certainly moving at lightning pace, best not hang around in here too long or else you might get trimmed in alcantara!
Loving this build! 8)

Absolutely brilliant thread...  I need to sound proof my Ed30 too as its quite loud now with the race-spec engine mounts.  I also want to replace the headlining with an original piece as I managed to make a mark on the side of it towards the back and its bugging me like hell  :rolleye:

Thanks for the offer.  I'll need soundproofing in about a month or two - just waiting for a 'small' issue with the car to be sorted out.  :happy2:

Just wondering how hard it is to take off the headlining?  Did you know how to do it by experience, or were you following a guide of some sort?

I did it from experince really no guide but i'd be more than happy guiding you through it to help you out mate its the fitting back up thats the problem the clips in the roof are sh*tE well to fiddly and garanteed it'll be the last one that doesnt go in and you have to start again practically lol.

Few updates,

Not loads today spent most of the day painting the airride controller panel in like a rubber oem paint but it just didnt look right when installed surrounded by all the alcantara so opted for the alcantara option :signLOL: :signLOL:

Some more of the roof and pillars now there all trimmed.

Then started the mounting of the bit one processor start some hardcore fabrication tommorow hopefully

Have you got any links to where you got the air ride from?
