Speedo calibration?
« on: May 14, 2012, 09:52:03 am »
Hi guys. Was out last night driving on a long run, had my road angel on and relised my speedo was way out.

At 80mph on the clock my gps was showing 72mph, now I understand that when u rely get going the clocks are always out but at 80mph I'm pretty shocked it's that un accurate.

Is it possible to calibrate it with vcds? I know vauxhalls have diffrent profiles for diffrent size wheels that you select with a tech 2

Most speedo read 8-10% over what your actually doing, plus your road angel wont be totally accurate anyway. I would nto worry about it
