When fitting the front springs, we had difficulty getting the hub lower enough to remove it from the shock. On the first side we removed the drive shaft to do this, but on the other side we took the whole hub and strut off as an assembly.
What is the easiest way to do this?
Also what's the best way to split the hub? I've seen VW do a "3424" tool, is this available from VW and if so how much?
