Deposit has been paid ! Should be picking it up this week  :jumping:

here are some clues to the spec...

-Opposite colour to yellow
-I wont need a map any more
-The road ahead of me will no longer be yellow
-Staying at a set speed will be easy
-My iPhone will love it...

 :scared: :scared: :scared:

Just my luck..the guy i am/was purchasing from has had some issues which are now preventing him from selling the car :(

Ive told him to keep the deposit for now as i wanna make sure the car is secure, but he is gonna come back to me on Friday with an answer as to whether he can continue with the sale :(

Pitfals of buyin private i guess...

In the meantime though i am getting tempted by R32's :)

Afternoon!

Beadles VW in Sevenoaks have just dropped the price of a red DSG ED30 by a grand.  It's a little over your £13K budget at £13,995, but I've seen this car myself and it's very clean.  All 4 tyres are Conti's, wheels have been professionally sprayed dark grey, less than 30K on the clock.  They sold the car when new, serviced it, and now they are selling it used (owner traded it in for a new Polo GTi).  It's defo worth a look - it's on the VW used site.

Cheers,

Adam

Yes they can be

RNS510 - latest version can be done for about £600 fitted
Armrest - unsure of price, but you woul dalso have to get airduct pipes if you want the rear vents to work. Also decide what you want in the armrest, ie MDI, cd changer, storage etc.
Ipod - yes, you can have Ipod dock in armrest, but you would be better having the MDI in either the armrest or in glovebox, demon666 on here does the kits, about £95 for the armrest kit & loom.
Cruise control - some dealers will now retrofit, but also AwesomeGTI do in Irlam, manchester. Cost about £150 ish.

There are a few members on here that can do all the work for you, ie Eddie_nl (norfolk area), mortytdi (leeds area).

If you want the RNS510, then really try to get a car with highline cluster so you can scroll through menus and have the nav directions etc..

It's getting frustrating now I have the money sat in my account ready to go ! Lost out on one and now can't find another like it  :scared:

Might drop vw an email and give them a cheeky offer on that tornado red one mentioned above

Evening Syy.

I popped into Beadles on my way home last night and they informed me that it had sold that morning - within 4 days of the £1,000 price cut.

They clearly don't hang about when priced right. At £14,995 I thought they were taking the p155. Dropped to £13,995 and it was snapped up.

Oh I forgot to add, it's an 07 with 66k on clock. There's a thread in members rides section with pictures.
