Why is that when you hand in your notice.........

Since handing my notice, my colleagues have either been on or had their application accepted three courses i have fought to get onto (Agile Project Management, Six Sigma and Release Management courses) but have been turned down on each occasion as there was not enough in the training budget.

I know there is no direct link but it just annoys me.  :mad:
